Who’s behind Limitless Peak Performance?

Hi, I’m Johanna Hooper.

In this video, I introduce my style of coaching (and working) and its origins. Plus, I share with you my top tips for selecting someone to work with.

A bit more about me…

I've been leading people since I was 24, when the Royal Navy decided I was ready; looking back, I'm not sure I'd agree. 23 years in the Navy taught me that leadership isn't about rank or authority; it's about how you show up, how you make people feel, whether you're brave enough to look at what's not working (including yourself).

Since then, I've worked with leadership teams across professional services, technology, finance, healthcare and the public sector, helping them build the teams they actually need, not the ones they've ended up with. Helping them build teams that bring them joy rather than drama.

I'm a Chartered Manager with the CMI. I delivered a TEDx talk in Southampton. I've taught leadership and management on Degree Apprenticeships at the University of Portsmouth, and I've led dozens of small businesses through the national Help to Grow Management programme. I've accrued over 1,000 hours of coaching experience.

If you've seen the videos on this page, you'll have a sense of my style. But let me spell it out. It's direct, evidence-based, occasionally sweary, always honest. I'll challenge you, but I'll do it with plenty of mischief and a cheeky smile. 🤪
